SEOEnabled is being built for client workspaces where SEO data, billing state, integrations and execution history need clear boundaries. This page describes safeguards that are implemented today; it does not claim certifications we do not hold.
Separate platform administration
Client Owner/Admin roles control their workspace. SEOEnabled platform administration uses a separate allowlist and is not inherited from a customer workspace role.
Secure invitations
Workspace invitation links expire after seven days. Raw invitation tokens are not stored; only their hashes are persisted.
Billing integrity
Stripe subscription state is synchronized from signed webhook events. Processed event IDs are recorded for idempotency and diagnostics.
Usage guardrails
Paid provider and AI usage is enforced server-side against workspace entitlements. SEOEnabled does not silently bill provider overages during the Founding Beta.
Evidence separation
Google Search Console, independent rankings, technical audits and third-party authority metrics remain distinct evidence sources instead of being collapsed into one synthetic score.
Operational delivery history
Lifecycle email is recorded in a durable outbox with sent, failed or blocked state. Email delivery failure does not erase the underlying support, billing or usage event.
Support safety
Support requests remain inside the client workspace and platform support queue. Customers are instructed not to submit passwords, API keys or private credentials.
TRANSPARENCY
What we deliberately keep separate
Search performance: Google Search Console stays first-party Google property data.
Rankings: independent SERP checks remain a separate measurement source.
Authority: Domain Strength and backlink metrics are labelled third-party benchmarks, not Google scores.
Execution: production interventions are recorded before follow-up evidence, and observed movement is not automatically claimed as causation.

SEOEnabled does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or other formal certification on this page. Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and the product Disclaimer remain behind a fail-closed publication gate until company, jurisdiction and legal-review details are approved.
